By using the Al-Malakya platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nature of the service
The platform is an operational tool for managing rental, property, and related payment data within the features provided (such as buildings, units, contracts, collection, and reporting, as enabled). The platform does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice; business and legal decisions remain with the operator and users.
Accounts and roles
You are assigned a role (such as administrator, collector, owner, or tenant) that controls what you can view and change. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify the operator promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to compromise systems, scrape or copy data without authorization, introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. The operator may suspend or terminate access for serious breaches.
Accuracy of data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or rely on (amounts, dates, identities, attachments). Errors may affect reports, collections, and contractual relationships between parties.
Intellectual property and licence
Software, branding, and materials provided in the platform remain with the licensor or operator as applicable. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the interface within your account and role.
Disclaimer and availability
The service is provided «as is» and «as available» subject to maintenance and infrastructure limits. We do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq unless you and the operator expressly agree otherwise in writing, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may grant you stronger rights.
